Where to look

• Your spam, junk and promotions folders.
• A search of your inbox for hello@mavuno.au.
• The address you typed. A small typo sends the email somewhere else.

What the emails are called

• Confirm your email for Mavuno
• Your Mavuno sign-in link
• Reset your Mavuno password
• Confirm your new email for Mavuno

Asking for another

Wait a minute first. Mavuno sends to the same address at most once a minute. If two emails arrive, use the newest one.

How long a link lasts

An hour, and it works once. An old or used link says it has expired or was already used. Ask for a new one from the sign-in page.

Stop it going to spam

Add hello@mavuno.au to your contacts, or mark one of our emails as not spam. Later ones then land in your inbox.
