You can sign in with your password, or with a link we email you. Both work on the website and in the app.
Sign in with an email link
On the sign-in page, select Email me a sign-in link instead.
Enter your email address and send it.
Open the link on the phone or computer you want to be signed in on.
Reset your password
Select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, and enter your email address.
Open the link in the email.
Choose a new password of 8 to 72 characters. It can't be the one you had.
What the errors mean
That email and password don't match. Check the address, then reset your password or use an email link.
Confirm your email first. Open the confirmation email we sent when you joined. Can't find it?
Too many sign-in attempts right now. Wait a few minutes, then try again.
If no email arrives
We give the same answer whether or not an address has an account, so nobody can use the form to find out who's on Mavuno. If nothing comes after a few minutes, check where our emails end up, then try the address you might have joined with, or create an account.
