Hi everyone, I’m Lydia Kamau, originally from Kenya and now based in Sydney. Thank you, Bakari, for inviting me to Mavuno. I’m a mortgage broker building Current Choice Finance. I help people understand their borrowing options and arrange finance—whether buying their first home, investing, refinancing, or exploring business or personal loans. At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: I don’t just want to help people borrow money. I want to help them make financial decisions they can live well with. I value faith, learning and meaningful connections. I’m happy to be here to meet people, share what I’m learning in the lending space, and support what others are building.
